One infected guest at a wedding is very many sick. This is evidenced by the three weddings that have been held in Masuria in recent days. Only one of these events ended up with 40 sick out of 150 guests.
After one wedding, as many as 80 percent of participants were infected. After another party, infection has so far been diagnosed in 40 of the 150 guests. This number continues to grow as more people who participated in this event are being sought. Only from this one wedding, as many as 600 people (guests and those they had contact with) are quarantined, TVN 24 reported.
– Of course, there are recommendations, there are certain rules. But practice shows that keeping your distance when the so-called train passes between the wedding tables is completely illusory. And the loud music that accompanies such ceremonies prevents us from speaking in a normal voice, but screams almost a little, which intensifies the aerosol generated. If there is someone infected among these people, the result is a huge number of infected people – said in an interview with TVN 24 Janusz Dzisko, voivodeship sanitary inspector of Warmia and Mazury.
