Vitality of the body: how to cheer up? Video

Long winters, strenuous work, lack of rest and sleep – all this can lead to a breakdown, irritation and fatigue. However, there are several proven ways in which you can raise your vitality. Applying at least a few of them on a regular basis will keep you feeling energized, energized, and cheerful throughout the day.

Energy is often spent irrationally, on unnecessary experiences and trifles. Make a list of all the activities you spend time in during the day. After that, analyze what of this is really important and necessary for you, what brings you pleasure, and what is simply useless and takes away your vitality.

Next, prioritize. What to pay special attention to: work, family, education or hobbies? Record your results on paper. Spend about 80% of your energy on the first three points of the list: devote half of your attention and time to the most important thing, 20% to the less important activity, and the remaining 10% to the priority that is in third place on the list. The vital energy spent on the things that matter most to you will certainly return.

To raise vitality, you need to get enough sleep. It’s not for nothing that doctors say that sleep is the best medicine. Its duration should be such that you do not get up in the morning feeling overwhelmed. Each person is individual, one needs 6 or 7 hours of sleep, while another 8-9 hours will not be enough.

Try to take outdoor walks regularly, especially in fine weather. When you are at home, open the window more often – the influx of fresh air invigorates you. Also, don’t neglect sports and exercise! Even the simplest and most affordable exercises – squats, bends, leisurely jogging – contribute to an increase in vitality and health. Even during exercise, blood circulation improves, the brain receives more nutrients and oxygen. As a result, the mind becomes clear, options for solving various problems and new ideas come to mind.

To keep your body in good shape throughout the day, you need to eat well. It is important that the food is natural and regularly consumed at the right time. Try not to skip breakfast! This will increase your efficiency and charge you with the necessary energy “recharge” in the morning. In addition, do not eat 2-3 hours before bedtime, then your awakening will become light and vigorous. You can also take vitamin preparations (as prescribed by your doctor).

Use healthy toning techniques

Minimize or completely eliminate smoking, alcohol and energy drinks, which are completely useless for toning. The chemistry contained in such drinks quickly shakes up the body, but then just as quickly inhibits it. As a result, you will not only not get rid of the loss of strength, but you will also get even more tired. Natural tonic drinks, for example, orange, banana, honey and rose hips, as well as ginger tea, have an excellent effect.

Try replacing coffee and black tea with chicory-based drinks, fresh juices, mineral water, or pure drinking water.

In addition, there are several tonic products that can help you get more focused:

  • a couple of oysters will provide your body with enough zinc;
  • mint – a folk remedy that helps to cheer up during the long holidays and during the autumn blues;
  • A few nibbles of dark chocolate will be enough for you to clear your brain and improve your mood.

Say no to worries and stress

Try to avoid stress, or better – learn to deal with it effectively! The hormones adrenaline and cortisone, which are released during times of stress, are important for the body, but if they are produced very often, this can cause significant harm. Therefore, try to stay in a calm mood.

If you experience a persistent loss of energy, seek the advice of your doctor. Chronic fatigue can be caused by various medical conditions

Breathe correctly: inhales and exhales should be rhythmic, calm, deep. Correct breathing promotes the elimination of toxins, calmness, and improves vitality. Meditation, pranayama and various types of breathing exercises are excellent remedies for negative emotions.

Surround yourself with pleasant scents that make you feel delighted and happy. The smell of eucalyptus and jasmine will help to relax and calm the nervous one. The scent of grapefruit will cheer you up. You can add essential oils to your bath or use them in an aroma lamp.

Maintain a good mood throughout the day

Do not wait for a good mood to visit you, create it yourself! Have fresh flowers in your home. Beautiful and bright, they can have a beneficial effect on mood and relieve unnecessary stress. Avoid dark colors in your clothes. Set your navy coat and gray blouse aside. Wear only bright and juicy – such color combinations will enhance your mood, eliminate apathy and blues, and also help you feel light and at ease.

Go to an exhibition or a movie, go to a concert or a camping trip – positive emotions will make you feel toned again

Laugh more. Scientists have proven that laughter has a beneficial effect on the body and prolongs life. The hormone of joy, which is produced through laughter, forms substances in the human body that eliminate various diseases.

Hug people who are pleasant and dear to you more often. A friendly hug also releases hormones that make you feel better. People who do not skimp on hugs rarely get sick, and if they do, they quickly recover. A positive attitude towards others is the key to a great mood.
