A double chin appears either as a result of being overweight or due to an incorrect position of the head while sleeping or reading. In parallel with performing exercises to remove a double chin, it is important not to forget about the additional impact on the causes of its appearance. There are many different approaches to weight loss. From these, you can choose what is right for you. The pillow should not be very high, and the head should not be constantly lowered while reading.

The problem of a double chin is especially annoying for overweight girls and women. Exercises to remove it will help correct the oval of the face. They can be done at home, alone, or as part of a morning exercise routine.

To increase the effect of special exercises, you need to massage the chin area before starting them. This will require liquid honey. Give a honey massage to your neck and chin. Apply to skin until light redness. Then rinse off the remaining honey with warm water. This massage will nourish the skin and add elasticity to it.

The simplest exercise is patting with the back of your hand. You need to do it vigorously and for a long time, at least 2 minutes, changing hands. Another option is to pat with a waffle or terry towel. After this procedure, rinse your neck with cool water and apply a nourishing mask, or simply use your favorite cream to care for the décolleté area.

The fourth exercise is done like this. Put your head on your hands, gathered into fists, and press on them with your chin. Use your fists and jaw to push as hard as you can. Do 10 sets.

The fifth exercise is similar to nodding. It is done in a lying, sitting or standing position. Make nodding movements, raising and lowering your head. In this case, it is important not to throw your head back, but to press your chin to your chest. Repeat nodding 10 times.

For face contour correction, there are time-tested cosmetics, as well as market innovations. Among them, folk methods occupy a special place. One of the methods is rubbing the face and neck with a decoction of St. John’s wort and oak bark after exercising on the double chin.
