Thien Dhuyen (Igor Mikhnevich) has been practicing the Vietnamese martial art Tam Quy Khi-kong since he was a teenager (more than 30 years old). Due to the fact that this school has very few practitioners, it has not undergone any changes and has been preserved in its original form. The school is based on the teachings of Zen (in Vietnamese – “thien”).
Thien Duyen, the custodian of the tradition of this school and the head of the Vietnamese Martial Art Federation, spoke about the features of this practice, one of which is a deep attention to the issues of maintaining health and youth.
