Day 11: up to 150 g of rye or black bread; 100 g of boiled beef; 2 eggs.

Day 12: 500 ml of kefir; 3 small boiled or baked potatoes; up to 700 g of apples.

Day 13: 300 g chicken fillet (cook without oil); 2 eggs and 2 cucumbers.
