Lifting and diet, by British dermatologist Nicholas Perricone, became a bestseller as soon as it appeared.
He called it a face lift diet, as the effects of this power system was the reduction of weight along with overall rejuvenating effect. The fact is that the basis of the Perricone diet are rich in antioxidants and vitamins, berries and fruits, and also sea fatty fish (especially salmon).

The main products of the diet:

3-day facelift diet:
Breakfast: egg-white omelette 3 eggs and 1 whole egg and (or) 110-160 g salmon (the fish can be replaced by poultry meat or tofu); half a Cup of oatmeal, half a Cup of berries and melon slice; 1-2 glasses of water.
Dinner: 100-150 grams of salmon or tuna; salad of dark green vegetables with a dressing of olive oil with the lemon juice; 1 kiwi fruit or slice of melon and half a Cup of berries, 1-2 cups of water.
Dinner: 100-150 grams of salmon; a salad of dark green vegetables with a dressing of olive oil with lemon juice; half a Cup of steamed vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, spinach); a slice of melon and half a Cup of berries, 1-2 cups of water.
Before bed you can eat: 1 Apple, 50 g of Turkey breast; 150 g of natural yoghurt without additives; a small handful of hazelnuts, walnuts or almonds.
28-day facelift diet:
The principle of supply in the 28-day version is the same: 3 times a day with 2 snacks, but much wider set of products:
- marine fish and seafood, Turkey breast and chicken breast;
- all vegetables, except root vegetables (potatoes, carrots, beets), peas and corn;
- greens;
- berries and fruits, except bananas, oranges, grapes, watermelon, mango, papaya (they cause a quick rise in blood sugar);
- raw nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds, hazelnuts);
- legumes (lentils and beans), olives and olive oil;
- low-fat dairy products;
- oatmeal;
- between drinks — water, green tea and sparkling mineral water.
What not to eat
Banned alcohol, coffee, sodas and fruit juices, processed foods and fast food, baked goods and sweets, any cereal except oatmeal, sauces and marinades.
And you also need to drink enough fluids ( 8-10 glasses of water, green tea) and exercise.
