Iodized salt
This salt is enriched with iodine and is recommended for those who have too little of this mineral in the body. The excess iodine in the body is undesirable. Therefore, one should be careful to accept it without evidence. Iodine in the preparation is not felt.
Sea salt
This salt is the product of the evaporation of seawater. This salt is beneficial due to its high mineral substance content, but the taste is not for everyone. The structure is large, and the color with a bluish tinge.
