- This is one of the basic exercises of kettlebell lifting.
- Stand straight with feet wider than shoulder line. Take a weight in hand as shown in the figure. The hand should be relaxed.
- Take the weight over the foot to give maximum acceleration and jerk without bending the arm at the elbow, raise it over your head.
- Lower your hand down and, without bending it, push the weight over the feet.
- Repeat the exercise.
