Fatigue, occasional fall, unbalanced diet, unsuitable pill, our hair reflects our health. It’s not easy to find the ideal shampoo… However, like many beauty treatments, nothing beats the alternation of gentle shampoo / treatment so as not to attack the scalp too much. Without forgetting the essential care, but to be used sparingly: ampoules and food supplements in cure, mask once or twice a week. What we eat also matters : At the top of the list, vitamin B, dairy products, vegetables, fruits, cereals, bread, magnesium, crustaceans and molluscs, oil seeds (sesame, cashew, almonds, peanuts) and dried fruits. Oily fish are also good for our hair. But all this is not very diet … To overcome our deficiencies, long live food supplements special hair treatment (3 months cure) and magnesium cures, twice a year.

Namely: some hair, oily or which becomes thinner over time, is hypersensitive to male hormones that women also secrete in small quantities: the contraceptive pill is then likely to worsen, improve or normalize the condition of your hair. A doubt ? Ask your gynecologist for a non-androgenic “pro-hair” pill.

Before any shampoo or treatment, dust and dead hair must be removed with a good brushing. Use a natural fiber brush. Bend your head and proceed in three stages: from the back of the neck to the forehead, from the sides to the tops, then from the forehead to the back of the neck.

Plus a massage to ventilate the scalp: small rotations of the fingertips from the back of the neck to the top of the head then, place your hands flat to move the skin from the forehead to the back of the neck. Pinches are also good. Never shampoo directly on the head, and lukewarm water, not too hot! Put a small amount of product in your hand, and lather by rewetting the hair a little before washing it. Take the opportunity to massage them! Then, a long rinse and, courage, a last water (cold!) Which will bring shine and tighten the scales.

As for the masks, no loose fitting, but strand by strand and only on the ends if you have oily hair. Lying in the bath, wrap them for 5 minutes in a hot towel or plastic wrap to better penetrate the treatment. Wring them out without rubbing with a towel then disentangle with a comb with large rounded teeth which will prevent pulling out… Ban the hair dryer, it damages the scales. Blisters and tonics? They are generally used dry and do not always need rinsing: read the instructions carefully. To you the beautiful mane!

Hair: home care

Greasy hair : rubbing with organic lemon juice once a week.

Soft and dandruff hair : ½ glass of beer and 2 egg yolks by rubbing, rinsing and washing.

Dry hair : 4 spoons of yogurt and an egg mask. Put on for 5 minutes then rinse.

Hair loss : a handful of rosemary in 1 liter of white wine, infuse for 3 weeks, rubbing twice a week.

Stimulate regrowth : 6 drops of rosemary essential oil mixed with a dose of mild shampoo.
