Tips for using your juice extractor
The duration of a product is relative to its conditions of use and maintenance. The better you take care of your extractor, the longer it will last. Make sure to cut your fruit or vegetable into pieces before inserting it (8).

Avoid inserting hard-skinned fruits and vegetables (orange for example). Avoid stuffing your extractor. You can also add a little water when you insert vegetables that contain little water, such as lettuce or cabbage leaves for example.
This is why I use more juicy fruits (watermelons for example) with my lettuce, spinach, kale and others. This trick makes it possible to obtain a good juice without adding water.
Last little tip: Add chia seeds or flax seeds after collecting your juices. This increases the nutritional value of your juices.
