All people were conditionally divided into 2 groups. The first group included those who did not drink tea at all. And in the second group there were those who drank tea at least 3 times a week

 

It was found that tea drinkers have a 20% lower risk of developing atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease or stroke compared to those who rarely drink tea. Those who drank tea regularly had a 15% lower risk of dying prematurely. Scientists noted that it is the regular consumption of tea that provides people with better predictive health indicators than those who do not drink tea or drink it occasionally.
