Symptoms of a sprain
Slight sprain
- A pain at the joint. Movements are possible;
- Un swelling of the joint in the hours that follow or the next day;
- L’absence d‘bruise (blue).
Moderate sprain
- A pain at the joint. Movements are limited, but possible;
- Un swelling of the joint in less than 4 hours;
- A bruise.
Severe sprain
- The perception of a creak or a feeling of tear ;
- A pain most often intense, with difficulty in moving the joint;
- It is often impossible to put your weight on the injured limb;
- Un swelling fast, in minutes;
- A bruise.
