The singer shared her tips with Antenna on how to put her body, face and mood in order.

– A few years ago, I paid less attention to my health. All work, concerts. As a result, overwork, back pain, chronic fatigue, and now, with any degree of employment, I find time for cosmetologists, masseurs, regularly donate blood and drink a lot of water.

I am tempered by taking a contrast shower. It’s hard for me, because the procedure is not pleasant, especially in winter or when I’m very tired, plus I’m very thin, but I’m a persistent tin soldier and endure. I know the procedure is good for blood circulation. You can start not with ice water, but slightly cool, and already in the summer to reduce the degree.

I take a course of vitamins and add more vegetables and fruits to my diet. This contributes not only to strengthening the immune system, but also to the growth of hair and nails. I start the day with a glass of warm water with lemon, my daughter Evochka has already taught this (a girl of 5 years old. – Approx. “Antenna”). At first she did not understand: “Mom, why?” “To cleanse the stomach,” I explained. We always have breakfast with cereals: oatmeal or buckwheat. At lunch, the first is obligatory. After sports, be sure to have protein (veal steak or some white chicken meat). In the last two or three years, I have built my routine in such a way that, despite the tour schedule, moving, I eat right. But in sweets I don’t limit myself, because every day I give a lot of energy and it needs to be replenished. I love black and milk chocolate and never deny myself a dessert if I dine in a restaurant. It seems to me that the chef puts the best part of himself into the dessert, and therefore it is an energetically very important element of exercise.

I go in for sports every day. I start with a 40-minute warm-up: squats, push-ups, then stretching. To do this, I carry a special rubber band with me everywhere. At home I like to run on the track – on it you can do two things at the same time: watch a movie and play sports. Usually a workout lasts an hour or twenty hours. Eva loves to study with me, however, nothing sensible comes of it, she just hangs around my neck. However, this is even good – an additional power load on the muscles. Of course, I also sometimes get lazy, but I remind myself that tomorrow I need to stand on stage in high heels, dance for two hours in a row and survive after that. As I said, I need sports not only to look good, but also to feel good. And as an additional bonus, I can afford to perform somersaults at a concert in the air under the very roof, from which the audience simply stops their hearts.

I have acrobatic training: I graduated from the circus and pop college in the class of jazz vocal and at the same time I went to acrobatics. Once I saw a girl in Cirque du Soleil who bends like rubber and sings at the same time. I wanted to learn this. I worked until I passed the casting to the VIA Gra group, after which I had to give up acrobatics, but everyone remembers the muscles, so when I need to perform some tricks, two or three weeks are enough for me to prepare them.

Half a day is enough for me to rest and recuperate. I can’t stay at home any longer. Last year I set myself a goal: I want 25 concerts a month. The desire came true, only I realized that I had no time to even breathe out, that I was working hard and literally torn between tours, filming, a child. I decided that after such a year I need to go on vacation for a whole month. And what do you think: in four days I already had enough rest. I got enough sleep, recovered, what to do next? I can’t just sit still. I thought of a huge number of things for myself: I edited the clip and arranged the songs. In general, the rest turned out to be fruitful.

In everyday life I don’t put on makeup, I think that I’m still young. But I keep in mind that time is passing and you need to take care of yourself all the time. Therefore, after each flight I will not be too lazy to make a mask with hyaluronic acid or any other mask that I always carry with me. The daughter laughs: “Mom, I don’t see your face, something is always smeared on it”. I answer: “I need it, I work too much.” Recently, I have become more interested in various care products, because I see the result: the skin has become fresher, it responds with gratitude. People often compliment me: “How good you look.” I honestly answer: “If you pay as much attention to your face, you will get exactly the same result.” Nothing new, you just need to learn how to allocate time for this: 30-40 minutes a day.

A good way to do a spring reboot is to pick things up in the closet in season. But I don’t have enough time for this. Besides, there is a problem: I do not know how to give up old things. Like Plyushkin, I keep everything that will never be useful; it is important for me to know what the thing is at home. Here mom comes to the rescue. At the age of 60, she is very energetic, she does everything in time. And of course she helps me to clean up the rubble of concert costumes, mountains of shoes, and thanks to her, my house has not yet turned into a clothing warehouse.

The salvation from the spring depression is shopping. New clothes lift your spirits, make your eyes burn. And although I already have nowhere to put my clothes at home, I still go shopping. A couple of new things will help change the usual images.

If fatigue suddenly overcomes or a blues rolls over, I remember how much good the Lord gave me. A wonderful daughter, a bright career, parents are nearby. Yes, I would like another child, but I believe only in children for love, and when I meet my man, I will definitely give birth again. I read many biographies of great women and noticed that most of them are single. For now, I have priority on the career and upbringing of Eva. In this sense, my grandmother is an example for me. She was a budding opera singer with a unique soprano – the walls shook when she sang. But she met my grandfather. He served in the KGB and presented her with a choice: either him or a career. She loved him so much that she chose a family, and to this day she regrets it. And he keeps repeating to me: “No matter how wonderful a man is, never make a choice in his favor. Men tend to leave, and if you miss the chance to be realized, you will be unhappy. ” So I hope to meet someone who accepts and supports everything I do.
