Method of preparation
Add enough flour to a glass of kefir to make a medium-hard dough. Knead it on a baking sheet to make a 1 cm layer and place in the oven. Then separate the whites from the yolks. Add the yolks to the cottage cheese, put sugar, vanillin and a handful of raisins there. Remove the baking sheet with the dough from the oven, spread the cottage cheese on it and return to the oven. Beat the whites with five tablespoons of sugar, as on a meringue, again take out the baking sheet and gently put the whipped mass on top. Bake for about 15 minutes.
