Stretching the lower back in the prone position (“pyramid”) — technique exercises:
- Lie down on the fitball face down, as shown in the figure. The buttocks are on top of the ball and are the highest point of your body.
- Relax. Hands and feet remain on the floor. They can be straight or slightly bent, depending on the size of the ball, your flexibility or the length of your limbs.
