Stretching the gluteal muscles in prone position — technique exercises:

  1. Lie on the floor. Bend your knees, feet are on the floor.
  2. Put the ankle of the right foot on your left knee as shown in the figure.
  3. Put your arms around the thigh or knee of the left leg and pull both legs toward your chest. Relax your neck and shoulders. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds, then repeat stretch with the other leg.
