Stretching in sitting position — technique exercises:

  1. Sit on the floor with your legs straight forward.
  2. Bend your right leg at the knee and throw it over your left leg. The left leg is straight and lies on the floor.
  3. Left elbow to the knee abut the right, as shown in the figure, the right hand rest on the floor.
  4. Turn right the upper body, hold this position for 10-20 seconds. Perform the stretch with the other hand.
