Stretching in sitting position — technique exercises:
- Sit on the floor with your legs straight forward.
- Bend your right leg at the knee and throw it over your left leg. The left leg is straight and lies on the floor.
- Left elbow to the knee abut the right, as shown in the figure, the right hand rest on the floor.
- Turn right the upper body, hold this position for 10-20 seconds. Perform the stretch with the other hand.
