Method of preparation

Prepared strawberries are rubbed. The resulting juice with pulp is drained and placed in the cold. The pulp remaining from the berries is poured with hot water, citric acid is added, brought to a boil and filtered. Sugar is added to the resulting broth, brought to a boil and, with stirring, immediately poured into the prepared starch, brought to a boil again and squeezed juice is added.
