In addition, use special exercises to strengthen the chest – many of them can be found on the Internet. The simplest of them, possible to perform anywhere, is to tighten the shoulder muscles, lifting the arms as high as possible, so that after a while, slowly, with the exhalation, relax the muscles and calmly lower them.
