Squats with weights (goblet) — technique exercises:
- Stand right up, grab kettlebell with both hands by the handle, place it in front of chest. This will be your initial position.
- Perform the squat. Lower yourself until the back of the thigh touches the calf. Keep your back straight. Head raised, chest out.
- Hold down for a few seconds, knees unfolded, as shown in the figure. Rise, straightening the knees. Perform 10-20 repetitions.
