Finely chop the vegetables and cover with tomato juice. Bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes over high heat and another 10 over low.

Take 6 onions, 2 tomatoes, a bunch of celery, 1 hot pepper, half a head of cabbage.

Chop vegetables finely and cook for 20 minutes. If desired, you can puree the soup until you need a consistency and add pieces of lean boiled meat to it.

Prepare 3 tomatoes, 300 grams of celery, 500 grams of broccoli, 2 cloves of garlic, carrots.

Chop vegetables and cook until tender, celery tenderness. Soup can be consumed at lunch and dinner.

Cabbage Soup

You will need a head of cabbage, 2 stalks of leeks, 3 carrots, a head of onion, 2 tomatoes.

Chop all vegetables and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat until the cabbage is done. Eat soup twice a day to achieve the effect.

Cucumber soup

For this refreshing soup, combine cucumbers, dill, garlic and kefir to your liking.

Be sure to peel the cucumbers, beat in a blender with dill, kefir and garlic. The soup can be eaten throughout the day.
