So, what is the program of Shaun Week: Insane Focus? This 7-day training program developed by Shaun T so that you could “dig deeper” (all the Sean fans certainly know well his motto is, DIG DEEPER). You waiting for a super-busy week of workouts, which include crazy cardio load, hard strength training, intense work on the muscle corset and lots of sweat. Shaun T joined in this program the best of its most famous programs – Insanity and Focus T25, so do not expect something radically new. But the effectiveness of training remains high as before.
It’s harder than Insanity Max 30? No, it’s not harder than Max 30 although the seventh video (Dig Deep) Shaun of the Week promises to be very hot. But overall, the program is rather be called an intermediate variant in complexity between Focus T25 and Insanity Max 30. Training will be a perfect transitional stage between these two programs. Although, of course, you can follow Shaun Week as an individual property without passing other video course of Shaun T.
What level of training you need to have to perform Week Shaun? A definite above average, closer to advanced. However, this requirement is important only if you plan to do advanced version of exercises. For the less experienced and for those who prefer’s low impact load, shows a simplified version of the exercises.
Do you need additional equipment? For two of the seven workouts you’ll need dumbbells, it is desirable to have two pairs for different exercises, the other exercises are performed without equipment weight loss. If you’re going to do the simplified exercises, you will also need a chair. In this modified version of the exercises are performed with the support of the chair, which greatly eases the burden.
The composition of the training Week Shaun
The workouts became part of the program Shaun Week: Insane Focus? The complex includes 7 videosthat you will accomplish during the week. Is the load growing:
- Day 1: Insane Basics (30 minutes). This training will be available to most working in and the tempo, and set of exercises. In the first half you will be plyometrics and exercises for the legs in the second half – exercise for stomach and upper body on the floor.
- Day 2: Pure Cardio 2 (27 minutes). Intense cardio workout with lots of plyometric. However, all exercises are performed in a vertical position, which helps to maintain the activity from beginning to end.
- Day 3: Insane Weights (33 minutes). Aerobic-strength training, which includes strength training with free weights and intense cardio exercise to burn fat. Despite the power load all the activity is supported by a relatively high rate.
- Day 4: 25 Abs (28 minutes). Training for complete development of the core muscles. A large part of the exercise is on the floor, the pace is quite moderate.
- Day 5: Ripsanity (42 minutes). Aerobic-power training in the traditions and Focus of Asylum. Strength exercises with dumbbells alternate plyometric load. A lot of work on the floor (pushups, planks, presses).
- Day 6: 4.0 Speed (30 minutes). Cardio workout speed, which is a continuation of a series of Speed Focus T25. All intensively and fat burning.
- Day 7: Dig Deep (30 minutes). The most intense and difficult workout from Shaun Week, the load level is comparable with Friday Fight from Max 30. A lot of aerobics, plyometric, kickboxing, and crazy hard workouts.
