Beat the white of two eggs with sugar in a strong foam, carefully add the yolks, soft butter, flour mixed with 1.5 tsp. baking powder, gradually pour in milk. Pour the finished mass into a baking dish for muffins, having previously greased it with oil and sprinkled with flour (semolina). Bake for 30 minutes at 175 degrees. Remove the cake from the mold, cool slightly and put back in the mold. Soak: bring water and sugar (2 tablespoons) to a boil, adding zest of half a lemon, fruit juice or liqueur. Pour the impregnation on the cake, let it cool and soak in. Put the savarene on a dish, put the fruits (strawberries, raspberries, orange slices) in the middle.
