Saltwater fish can fight aging

The two main problems of humanity – stress and aging – can be solved by sports and sea fish. Doctors are inclined to this conclusion, having established the relationship between the inclusion of fatty fish in the diet and slowing down the aging of cells.

According to experts, over the years in humans, the length of DNA fragments known as telomeres decreases. Their reduction threatens heart disease and premature death. The process can be stopped by saturating the body with omega-3 fatty acid, which is found in excess in fatty fish. When it enters the body, the latter stops the oxidative process to which DNA fragments are so susceptible and reduces inflammation in the body, thereby inhibiting cell aging.

To achieve the effect, oily fish should be eaten about 2-3 times a week. And combine a healthy menu with exercise. Exercise, doctors remind us, is a great way to relieve stress, which poisons life and stimulates the aging process.
