To prepare salad with meat, you can use boiled, smoked, fried meat, as well as a number of meat products: sausage, ham, carbonate, etc. They go well with many other ingredients, so there are a lot of recipes for meat salads.
Salad with meat, mushrooms and vegetables
For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
– 200 grams of boiled or smoked beef; – 150-200 grams of salted mushrooms; – 2 small pickled or pickled cucumbers; – 3-4 boiled potatoes; – 1 boiled carrot; – 1 stalk of celery; – 3-4 tablespoons of canned green peas ; – salt; – black ground pepper to taste.
For the sauce you will need: – 3 tablespoons of fat sour cream; – 1 teaspoon of grated horseradish; – 1 teaspoon of mustard.

Cut meat, pickled mushrooms and cucumbers into small cubes or strips. Cool the potatoes and carrots, peel and cut into small cubes. Scrape the celery stalk slightly, peeling off the top layer, and cut into thin plates. Put all the ingredients in a bowl or saucepan, add green peas, pepper. Mix sour cream, horseradish and mustard, season salad with this sauce, stir and remove a sample. Add salt to taste, if necessary, mix again.
Chill the salad before serving
For this recipe you will need the following ingredients: – 200 grams of baked beef or pork; – 1 onion; – 2 boiled potatoes; – 2 boiled eggs; – a small piece (50-60 grams) of cheese; – mayonnaise; – a few sprigs of dill or parsley ; – salt; – ground black pepper to taste; – a little lemon juice.
Cut the meat into small, thin slices. Grate peeled and chilled potatoes, eggs and cheese on a medium grater. Cut the onion into thin half rings, lightly salt, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for 10-15 minutes, so that the bitterness disappears and a piquant aftertaste appears.
But if you like the characteristic spicy taste of onions, you can skip pickling them.
Place a layer of chopped meat on the bottom of a salad bowl, season with salt and pepper. Tamp lightly with a spoon or fingers, brush with mayonnaise. Then put a layer of onions, also brush with mayonnaise. Above – a layer of grated eggs. Tamp it lightly and brush with mayonnaise. Then – a layer of potatoes. Season with salt and pepper, brush with mayonnaise. The last layer is grated cheese. Decorate the salad with dill or parsley sprigs and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes before serving.
