In the middle of each fillet, put a few slices of peeled pickled cucumber and carrots from the marinade. Roll the fillet tightly with a roller and prick with a clean wooden hairpin. Fold into a glass jar. Remove the film from the milk and rub them well with a spoon or rub through a sieve, then fill with vegetable oil and mix with the marinade. Pour over the herring, cover the jar with parchment and tie. Keep in a cool place for 6-8 days.
