Ingredients Rhubarb Mousse

water 2.0 (teaspoon)
rhubarb petioles 300.0 (gram)
sugar 150.0 (gram)
semolina 2.5 (table spoon)
lemon zest 1.0 (table spoon)
Method of preparation

Peel the washed rhubarb, chop, place in a saucepan, add water and cook until softened. Then add sugar, add semolina, stirring, and heat until swelling. Cool the prepared porridge, beat, add the grated lemon zest. Serve with milk.
