Method of preparation
Prepared potatoes are cut into slices, zucchini with seeds and skins removed, tomatoes – in slices, carrots, parsley and onions – in small cubes. Carrots and onions are sautéed. Potatoes are placed in a boiling broth, brought to a boil, after 5-10 minutes, add zucchini, tomatoes, parsley root, sautéed vegetables and cook until tender. 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking, put spices, salt. When you leave, put sour cream and finely chopped parsley in the soup.
