Method of preparation
Cut raw peeled carrots into strips, onions in half rings and sauté in vegetable oil. Fresh tomatoes, cut into wedges, fried. Vegetables are placed in a bowl, browned flour diluted with water, salt, spices are added and stewed. At the end of stewing, add sugar and finely chopped garlic. Serve cold snacks 75-100 g per serving. You can decorate with sprigs of herbs.
