Method of preparation

The peeled turnips are blanched, boiled in salted water until half cooked, part of the pulp is removed with a recess. The turnips are filled with minced meat, sprinkled with breadcrumbs mixed with grated cheese, sprinkled with butter or margarine and baked in an oven. For minced meat, rice is boiled in salted water, onions are finely chopped and sautéed. Prepared mushrooms are pre-soaked, then boiled, cut into strips and fried.
