Method of preparation
Put chopped onions and tomatoes, washed rice in a small saucepan. Add salt, pepper, half a glass of water and oil. Stir and simmer over moderate heat. After 10 minutes, add the remaining water and simmer over low heat until tender, making sure that the rice does not burn. At the very end of stewing, season with chopped parsley and onions.
