Method of preparation
Place chum and granular caviar in small salad bowls or vases. Serve the finely chopped green onions separately. Caviar can be put on a plate in the form of an oblong bar, garnished with parsley branches, garnished with sliced lemon and served with butter separately. Small pies stuffed with vyzigi or rice with fish are good to serve with caviar.
