Method of preparation
Peel the cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise and remove the core with a teaspoon. Finely chop eggs, fresh cabbage, cucumber core, tomatoes, greens, season with vegetable oil and salt and mix. Stuff the cucumber halves with this mass. Decorate with tomatoes, eggs, herbs.
