Method of preparation
Prepare minced meat: mince the boiled fish fillet, add salt, pepper, vegetable oil and mix well. Cut the pickled cucumbers lengthwise and in half, remove the seeds, fill with minced fish and fold the halves, making them look like a whole cucumber. Prepare the sauce: finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil, add the tomato paste and, stirring, heat well. After that, put finely chopped garlic (2-3 cloves), bay leaf, pepper in a frying pan, pour in half a glass of water and boil for 5-10 minutes. Then remove from heat and cool. Sprinkle with suneli hops and herbs before serving.
