Method of preparation

The butter, sugar and yolks are ground into a foam, after which well-mashed cottage cheese, lemon zest, vanilla sugar, grated potatoes, soda and, at the end, whipped whites are added. It is baked in a well-oiled form. After how many hours the cake is cut and spread with jam or honey.
