Method of preparation
Cut one medium-sized fish into pieces. Boil it, salt and pepper with bay leaf. Prepare the sauce: grate the Roquefort cheese and mix with the cream. Pour boiled hot fish with sauce and put in a hot oven for 5 minutes to brown. Serve immediately.
