Method of preparation
Free the cherries from the seeds. Thoroughly wipe off margarine and sugar, add vanilla sugar, yolks, cottage cheese and semolina. Mix the finished mass with the berries, add the whites whipped with salt at the end. Put everything in a greased form and bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes. Serve with thick cherry jelly.
