Method of preparation

The mass of boiled peeled potatoes is indicated. Prepared radish is cut into strips, boiled peeled potatoes are cut into thin cubes, prepared onions are cut into half rings. Hard-boiled eggs are chopped (50% of the norm is left for salad dressing). Combine chopped vegetables and eggs, add sour cream, mix and lay in a slide. On vacation, decorate with egg wedges and sprigs of parsley.
