Ingredients Nut Cream

peanuts 50.0 (gram)
milk cow 2.0 (teaspoon)
water 1.0 (teaspoon)
chicken egg 2.0 (piece)
sugar 3.0 (table spoon)
edible gelatin 25.0 (gram)
orange 2.0 (piece)
raisins 40.0 (gram)
Method of preparation

Pour gelatin with cold water, let it swell. Fry the nuts, peel, chop, put in hot milk and cook. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with powdered sugar, add boiled milk, swollen gelatin, whipped whites, orange pieces and washed squeezed raisins. Serve chilled with whipped cream or fruit.
