cocoa powder 40.0 (gram)
kefir 500.0 (gram)
wheat flour, premium 3.0 (grain glass)
sugar 3.0 (grain glass)
chicken egg 3.0 (piece)
soda 2.0 (teaspoon)
butter 500.0 (gram)
condensed milk with sugar 200.0 (gram)
cocoa powder 40.0 (gram)
Method of preparation

Dough. 2-3 tablespoons of vodka or brandy, about 35-40 grams of cocoa (this is about 1/3 of a pack) and mix kefir with a mixer until smooth. Bake 6-7 cakes from the dough at a temperature of about 180-200 Celsius. Beat the cream. Condensed milk with butter and cocoa, gently so that the butter does not bounce off (if it does bounce off, you can fix it by adding a little powdered sugar).
