Ingredients Cabbage salad with oranges

White cabbage 500.0 (gram)
orange 6.0 (piece)
walnut 6.0 (table spoon)
olive oil 4.0 (table spoon)
Orange juice 10.0 (table spoon)
sweet green pepper 1.0 (piece)
Method of preparation

Finely chop the white cabbage, put in a deep bowl, add peeled and cut into small pieces oranges and finely chopped capers. Leave for a while. Grind the crushed nuts in a bowl (or better in a wooden or porcelain mortar) with vegetable oil until a homogeneous gruel is obtained. Add orange juice to the finished mixture, stir thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained, add to the salad and mix. Put the prepared salad in a salad bowl and garnish with orange slices and herbs (or green pepper).
