Method of preparation
Peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces and place in a saucepan in half the container. Top up the rest with water. Cook until tender. Rub the finished pumpkin through a sieve along with the water in which it was boiled. Boil the drink; if thick, add water, add sugar, citric acid to taste, pour into prepared jars and roll up.
