Set a goal

Eat fruit

To keep the craving for carbohydrates not so great, eat fruits, even if they are prohibited by the diet. Allow yourself to eat some fruit in the morning, at the same time it will satisfy cravings for sweets. In addition, fruits are rich in fiber, and on a protein diet for the proper functioning of the intestines, it is very lacking.

Cook varied

Even a limited number of products can be used to prepare varied and delicious meals. Use seasonings and spices generously, as well as low-fat sauces. Look for combinations that appeal to you, learn to cook using different techniques and using unusual products.

Go in for sports

Sports will not only help to make the figure more beautiful. Physical activity is a reason to distract yourself, to feel strong and whole on the way to achieving your goal, an opportunity to communicate with successful athletes in the gym and just support each other.

Tune in positively

Do not let the thoughts appear that something may not work out: that the food will not taste good, that the head will hurt, and in general I will never lose weight.
