Avoid cooking food by frying oil.

Forget about fried potatoes and cutlets, don’t think about pancakes and pancakes. There are many other wholesome foods. It is necessary to adhere to a healthy diet. Eat boiled or steamed food instead of fried food. Well, if you are really unbearable, on holidays you can allow a small piece of barbecue, avoid heavily fried pieces.
