Method of preparation

Prepare mashed potatoes according to the usual recipe (with milk, butter and egg), but very thick. Then prepare the filling: cut the meat into pieces, simmer for half an hour, then fry. Put some mashed potatoes on a baking sheet, level and put all the meat in a slide on it. Then close the meat with the remaining mashed potatoes and mold from it something that looks like a pig with a head, a piglet, a tail, etc. Perhaps something will work out. When the art part is completed, it remains to beat a couple of eggs, grease the carcass and put in the oven for a few minutes (until the pig is browned).
