Description and cultivation of the sycamore tree
The plant is grown by sowing seeds. You can store seeds for a long time. To do this, you need to provide them with coolness, lack of light and dry air. The seed coat is dense, therefore, before planting, they must be soaked in cold water for 30 hours. Then they are immersed in hot water for a few minutes. The temperature difference will help increase germination rates. Active growth provides seedlings with an annual growth of up to XNUMX cm. Plant care is simple:
- Abundant watering – the root system is developed and powerful, so it needs to consume a lot of moisture. The superficial arrangement of the roots makes the tree unstable to drought.

The oriental sycamore tree does not need difficult maintenance. Adult plants tolerate winter frosts. They can grow in the polluted conditions of the city.
