Only 3 products: delicate homemade toffee
 

Pamper your child with delicious toffee, without harmful colors and flavors. Thanks to the balanced recipe, the taste of the sweets is not as rich and sweet as in the store. Homemade toffee – tender, with a sour cream flavor. And cooking them is not at all difficult.

Ingredients:

  • 30 g. Butter
  • 220 gr. Sugar
  • 220 gr. Sour cream

Preparation:

1. We take sour cream and sugar in equal proportions. Let’s add some butter to them. Connect in a ladle.

 

2. Put on a moderate heat, bring to a boil with constant stirring. Small bubbles will first appear on the surface. Stir constantly and do not leave the stove.

3. After a while, the mixture will look like condensed milk. Continue stirring to prevent the mixture from burning to the bottom. If you want a darker color, cook longer. It will get harder to stir, but you need to increase the intensity.

4. When you are satisfied with the color of the toffee, remove them from heat and add the butter. The oil must be intensively mixed into the composition.

5. The thick mass must be quickly poured into molds or poured onto a flat surface. Grease the forms with butter.

6. If you pour the toffee on a flat surface while the toffee mixture is still warm, make cuts with a wet knife.

7. Leave to solidify. We release them from forms and divide them into portions.
