Carbuncle symptoms

  1. 1 The skin is purple-blue (where the carbuncle is located), around it is inflamed pink skin.

Folk remedies for the treatment of carbuncle

Before starting the treatment of carbuncle at home, you need to seek advice from a specialist. The following recipes will help in the fight against carbuncle:

  1. 1 Juice and ointment made from fresh calendula. Calendula is a good natural antiseptic, so it is enough to take fresh grass, rub it between your fingers and lubricate the sore spot with the juice that appears. Apply the juice only externally (do not drink). Also, you can make lotions from calendula juice. To prepare the ointment, mix the flowers of calendula and lard in a ratio of 1 to 4. Stir. Smear the place where the carbuncle was formed.
  2. 2 Infusion of chicory. To prepare the infusion, pour 30 grams of chicory with 200 milliliters of warm water, cover with a lid, and leave to infuse for 2 hours. This is the daily norm. Divide into 3 steps.
  3. 3 Infusion of sweet clover oil. It can be used both internally and as a compress. Method of preparation of infusion: take 40-50 grams per 400 milliliters of only boiled water. Leave to steam for 30 minutes. Take or make compresses only cold. If you apply a bandage to a sore spot, the carbuncle will ripen faster. And this will speed up your recovery. The disease will progress to the next phase.
  4. 4 Large plantain leaves are a good remedy for carbuncle. For treatment, you need to prepare a gruel from its leaves and apply bandages with this mixture twice a day.
  5. 5 It is necessary to make dressings with baked onions (no more than 3 times a day).
  6. 6 Burdock leaves will help well. They need to be boiled in milk, then applied to the affected area.
  7. 7 To make medical dressings with such an ointment: 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, lemon juice (enough juice of 1 lemon), 1 yolk (chicken), 100 grams of potatoes grated on a fine grater, copper sulfate (it will be needed on the tip of a knife). Mix everything thoroughly. The ointment is ready. It must be spread on sore areas, kept for a quarter of an hour, and then rinsed abundantly under running water.
  8. 8 Useful following collection of herbs: violet (tricolor), strawberry leaves (preferably forest), yarrow flowers, string, currant leaves. Mix. Take 20 grams of collection, place in a liter of water, let it boil and boil for 20-25 minutes. Wait until it cools down. Drink 2 tablespoons of infusion every hour.
