The gastronomic event will host the participation of the most prestigious producers of miniature gastronomic delights through an extensive program of gastronomic experiences based on pairings and workshops.
This is the fourth edition of the Miniature Pintxos Congress, and the first to host the city of Alava, although previous miniature editions had been held at the La Casa del Patrón hotel in Murgia, also in the province.
