Milk Proven Doesn’t Strengthen Bones

The theory that milk is a reliable means of strengthening bones has actually turned out to be false. An experiment described in the Digital Journal revealed the opposite. According to the data provided in the publication, milk actually helps a young body grow… However, it has nothing to do with reducing the possibility of injury to bone tissue in the form of fractures.

The experiment was carried out by experts from the National Institute of Aging in the United States. In the course of it, an analysis was made of the relationship between milk consumption and the incidence of fractures. The participants were over 100 thousand people. Experts have watched them grow for 20 years. And throughout the entire period of research, data was collected on injuries in the form of bone deformities. As a result, we managed to understand that even with a significant amount of milk consumption (at least three glasses a day), the number of bone injuries does not decrease… However, this fact, doctors are sure, does not mean that milk should not be included in your menu. The drink contains many essential vitamins, minerals and substances. Therefore, the product is good for health. Especially children who are in the process of growing.
